Zålomon Grass release their new album: "Space Opera"

With the start of the new year, and after two songs as a preview, Zålomon Grass release their first full-length album: "Space Opera." The full album will be available from this Friday, March 10 on all digital platforms, on their Bandcamp , in a careful digipak CD edition and starting in June in a luxurious and exclusive edition in 12-inch vinyl format.

BAND BIO:

Fed up with how predictable the current Hard Rock scene sometimes becomes both inside and outside our borders, Zålomon Grass turn the gears of their time and space machine, ready to bring us sounds more typical of other eras and return to the legacy and spirit of the early 70s of the 20th century with its particular, eclectic, but accurate Cosmic Blues.

The band has already published two works: The Four Track EP at Radar Estudios, with 4 electrifying songs loaded with the adrenaline of live performance. And a second EP; Three Hundred Years, the soundtrack of the self-produced 20-minute experimental film in which they explored their creative limits through 4 songs that combine psychedelic rock, acoustic blues and B-movie science fiction soundtracks from the seventy.

With this new and long-awaited album -recorded at Hendrik Röver's GuitarTown Recording Studios and produced by the band itself- Zålomon Grass culminate a cycle and open the doors to a universe full of sound possibilities with a conceptual album, rich in analog nuances and full of of veiled and subtle nods to classic works of the genre, both lyrically and musically; thus consolidating his personal style and navigating through a unique sound, which fearlessly addresses the entire spectrum of Rock and Roll with capital letters, from the most classic notes to the most avant-garde nuances.

THE BATELEURS

The story of The Bateleurs begins with the natural approach of a

talented singer, native of another country, with a collective of

seasoned musicians already working the grounds of their home

town. The passion for Blues and old school Rock’n’Roll was the

sparkle that started all, and for the first couple of years they stormed

the clubs’ playing versions of the classics of the giants of yesteryear

they love. Inevitably, ideas for original songs started to come up, and

quickly the band headed for the studio to capture the raw genesis of

their efforts. Being faithful to the chemistry of the styles they

practice, the process was kept organic and real, absolutely rejecting

the modern technologies used and abused in today’s recording

industry.

From those sessions emerged The Immanent Fire EP, that make

them noticed in the media, both local and foreign. A year playing

shows at clubs and festivalsin their country, displaying their musical

prowess and improvisational skills, secured them interest from

international booking agencies, and the first tour happened in early

2020, with various dates all around the Spanish territory.

Without delay they headed back to the studio to produce their debut

album, working with some of the most talented homeland engineers

to capture the essence of their craft. The record turned out a very

accurate testimony of their present moment in time: Songs that deal

with the most pressing issues of the human condition, balanced

between the power of pure Rock’n’Roll, the deeper feelings of the

Blues, and the contagious groove and harmony of Soul.“The Sun In

The Tenth House” is a masterful record released on 12th May 2022,

with the seal of Spanish label MilanaMúsica.
