The Kids Are Alright: Coffee For The Queers Barcelona

The Kids Are Alright is a new queer meetup series focused on real-life connections rather than fleeting moments.

Expect a different event each month curated in partnership with a local queer-owned business around the city.

Happy new year! For our first event of 2026, we wanted to do something special for all our coffee lovers out there. We're hosting a coffee workshop in which you immerse yourself in the rich, aromatic senses of one of the world's most popular drinks. In this workshop, you'll explore the difference between the most common types of coffee beans as well as discover the processes that baristas use to extract their distinct flavors, followed by a simple tutorial on how baristas work their morning magic on those bewildering espresso machines. In the end, will you be able to distinguish between a regular store brand or a unique specialty brew?

Start your year and grab a coffee with us on Jan. 25th!
