El stranded colourwork es precioso… hasta que aparecen las hebras largas en el revés.
En este taller descubrirás el Ladder Back Jacquard, una técnica que te permitirá trabajar motivos amplios sin preocuparte por enganchar hebras ni por un revés desordenado.
Aprenderás a crear una pequeña “escalera” de puntos en el revés del tejido que sujeta las hebras largas y mantiene la labor limpia, flexible y cómoda de llevar. Es especialmente útil cuando los cambios de color están muy separados o cuando trabajas con diseños más grandes.
Si ya sabes tejer stranded colourwork, este taller te dará una técnica clave para conseguir un acabado mucho más profesional.

Stranded colourwork is beautiful… until those long loose ends start appearing on the wrong side.
In this workshop, you’ll discover Ladder Back Jacquard, a technique that allows you to work large pattes without worrying about snagging threads or a messy wrong side.
You’ll lea to create a small ‘ladder’ of stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that holds the long strands in place and keeps your work neat, flexible and comfortable to wear. It’s particularly useful when colour changes are far apart or when working on larger designs.
If you already know how to knit stranded colourwork, this workshop will give you a key technique for achieving a much more professional finish.
