My name is Yalisa, and I am excited to invite you to join my **Sound Immersions** at my studio in Valencia in the Arts and Sciences area.
Every Saturday, from **16:00 to 17:00 in English** and from **18:00 to 19:00 in Spanish**, I offer sound bath sessions designed to promote relaxation, concentration, and inner peace.
With a maximum of **4 participants** in each session, you can expect a deeply enriching experience.
**What are Sound Baths?**
Sound baths are an ancient practice that uses the vibrational frequencies of various instruments to promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Throughout the session, you will be enveloped in soothing sounds, allowing you to relax and release stress.
**Benefits of Sound Baths:**

**Instruments and Sounds Used:**
During the session, I will utilize a variety of instruments such as gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and bells, guitar, voice, tuning forks, shamanic drums, native flutes, Indian instruments and synthesisers. Every session is unique, and I will use different sounds and instruments within each session.
Additionally, I incorporate **Binaural Frequencies** through a special microphone, allowing participants to wear headphones for a more immersive experience.
For those interested in further relaxation, we offer **visual entrainment glasses** that stimulate specific brainwaves, enhancing your journey into relaxation.
