We are glad to open the Camp to visitors at selected dates. The Hotel Xavier is kindly holding a number of rooms for our visitors and is comfortably located only a few meters away from the Camp location.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

1. General Instructions about bookings:

• The official Visitors' Weekend is Saturday, August 8th and Sunday August 9th.
  
  
• Only reservations made through this website will be valid.
  
  
• This booking will create a QR code which our team at Camp will scan daily. Every visitor will be required to check-in and check-out at Camp with the QR code every day of their visit.
  
  
• Please, select rooms equal to the number of nights you are planning on staying at the hotel. This system does not allow to create a date selection menu like in a hotel website.
  
  
• Following your room selection you will be able to select the specific dates of your stay in a separate form.
  
  
• If you are only visiting but not staying at Hotel Xavier, please select "Visitor Only" and the number of days you will be present.
  
  
  

2. Instructions about double, triple, or quadruple room bookings:

• After your booking, please provide the information of your entire group through the complementary form
• You will be paying for the entire group. The indicated price stands for price/room/night.
  
  
• Please ask your group to also register through this website by selecting the option "Guest in a pre-booked Hotel Room" and booking as many nights as they are staying in the same room as you.
