Antonia San Juan, caracterizada por ser uno de los baluartes de la libertad de expresión escénica, continúa su periplo por los escenarios del país tras los éxitos cosechados en los últimos años en cine, televisión y teatro. Su última apuesta escénica, de la que además es directora, reúne textos del escritor y guionista canario Félix Sabroso, de la propia Antonia San Juan, y una exquisita selección de textos de autores de la categoría de Arthur Koppit. 

 

 


“Mi Lucha” es el tercer unipersonal después de “Otras Mujeres” y “Las que faltaban” en el que el público se involucra desde el primer instante con el personaje identificando situaciones a las que todos y todas podemos enfrentarnos en un momento u otro de nuestra vida: la soledad, el amor, la enfermedad o la muerte.
La capacidad interpretativa de Antonia San Juan no tiene parangón convirtiéndose en una figura camaleónica que puede arrastrarnos desde la más mordaz de las carcajadas hasta las profundidades de la melancolía. La complicidad que alcanza con quienes asisten a sus espectáculos hacen que la actriz goce de la admiración de un público fiel que sigue la carrera de la artista disfrutando de cada uno de los trabajos con los que cada vez más logra cautivarnos.
En este montaje, entre otros, conoceremos a la propia hermana gemela de Antonia San Juan, que nos contará los secretos más inconfensables de la actriz y directora, pues no la soporta y le tiene una envidia que la corroe.
“Mi Lucha” es un nuevo reto al que se enfrenta la actriz canaria, galardonada recientemente por el Diario de Avisos con el premio Taburiente por su lenguaje y estilo personal.
