El mayor espectáculo de flamenco que se realiza en Canarias se prepara para acoger en el Teatro Guimerá de la capital tinerfeña, a un gran elenco de artistas encabezado por el mejor músico europeo de jazz, Jorge Pardo, recientemente galardonado con el “Premio Nacional de las Músicas Actuales” otorgado por el Ministerio de Educación y Cultura.
La cita será el 16 de enero, ese día los amantes del flamenco y del jazz van a poder disfrutar de este evento único que rinde homenaje a la mujer gitana reuniendo en un mismo escenario a los mayores representantes de los diferentes perfiles del flamenco, desde el más puro hasta aquel donde el género se fusiona con otros estilos. Una apuesta fuerte por el arte con el objetivo de transmitir el duende flamenco manteniendo las señas de identidad del Festival que son la copla, el tango, la solea y las bulerías.
Se rendirá  un Homenaje a Paco de Lucia comandado por Jorge Pardo
El elenco artístico con el que se pretende repetir el éxito de ediciones anteriores, le da a este III Festival Flamenco Romí la categoría de único en Canarias:
