Después de más de 2 años David Bisbal regresa con un álbum donde se ha querido involucrar de lleno en la composición rodeándose de grandes artistas como Antonio Orozco, Pablo Lopez, Vega, Andreas Öhrm, José Miguel Velásquez, Jeeves,  Martin Wiik, Glen Eriksson, Ninos Hanna, Muscat Rodo con los que ha coescrito todas las canciones.

En Hijos del Mar oiremos Tropical House en la pegadiza canción que da nombre al disco “Hijos Del Mar”, se nos desgarrará el alma en “Duele Demasiado” una canción que habla de la cruda realidad de la situación que viven los niños refugiados, esta canción protagonizará la próxima campaña de Unicef en España y donde David donará todos sus derechos autorales a Unicef.

Hijos del Mar, es el sexto álbum de estudio de David Bisbal y su lanzamiento el pasado 2 de Diciembre ha sido global. El primer single ANTES QUE NO consiguió el N1 en 9 Países y el álbum se colocó en lo más alto de las listas de álbumes oficiales durante 2 semanas consecutivas y consigue el Disco de Platino.
