IMPORTANTE:

El cambio de recinto de Dios Salve la Reina en Gran Canaria supone las siguientes reubicaciones de los asistentes que ya han comprado sus entradas. En la Sala Club del Gran Canaria Arena, nuevo recinto del concierto, todo el aforo es de pie por lo que:
 
* Los espectadores que hayan comprado entradas de Pista o de la Zonas 103 y 115 del Centro Insular de Deportes serán reubicados en Zona VIP en la Sala Club del GC Arena
* Los espectadores que hayan comprado en el resto de Zonas de grada del Centro Insular de Deportes serán reubicados en Zona General de la Sala Club del GC Arena
 
Se podrán efectuar cambios de ubicación según las nuevas Zonas, así como pedir la devolución de las entradas en el plazo de una semana entre el Martes 18 de septiembre y el Lunes 24 de septiembre, ambos inclusive.
 
Desde la organización se disculpan por este cambio pero es en pro de ofrecer un mejor espectáculo a los asistentes ya que el Centro Insular de Deportes no ofrece las posibilidades de que el show fuera completo y con la máxima calidad.

  • Los menores de 16 años deberán ir acompañados de un adulto responsable y llevar cumplimentada la siguiente hoja de responsabilidad.
  • Los menores de entre 16 y 17 años deberán acreditar su condición mediante presentación del DNI.
  • Prohibida la entrada de comida y bebida al recinto.
  • No se admiten cambios ni devoluciones, los tickets adquiridos son una compra en firme.
