 La historia de Andrés Suárez tiene las dosis de romanticismo que requiere cualquier artista que vaya por el mundo narrando sus vivencias. De muy crío se curtió en los bares de Ferrol con más de un grupo. Dio el salto a Santiago, donde amplió el círculo de escenarios en los que seguir rodándose y grabó su primer disco, De ida, que le permitió salir de gira para, cinco años después, fijar su residencia en Madrid.

Fue así como llegó a Libertad 8 y cayeron sus siguientes discos: Maneras de romper una ola (2008), Piedras y charcos (EP, 2010), Cuando vuelva la marea (2011) y, finalmente, Moraima (2013).

Andrés Suárez es un fenómeno ya no tan sordo. Un fenómeno en un perfecto equilibrio de juventud y experiencia.
