Tapas Trot: Wine Tasting & Pairing Experience a Madrid

Vine Travel has teamed up with La Nobia to offer a wine-tasting experience like no other.

Tapas Trots is a series of wine tastings with carefully prepared pairing dishes, where each event will take us on a 'walk' from one part of Spain to another.

Our tasting on February 22nd we'll see us 'walk' from Rías Baixas in Galicia to Madrid, stopping in the Ribeiro, Bierzo, Castilla y Leon, and Madrid appellations, presenting to you a wine at each stop and with a locally inspired plate to accompany.

In total we'll be presenting six wines and six dishes. 

One sparkling, two whites, two reds, and a sweet wine.

Hosted by Michael, a Spanish Wine Scholar and English native now resident in Madrid who has a desire to exploit the lesser-shared wines appellations of Spain.

When we think of Spanish wine internationally, we'll likely think of Rioja or Ribera del Duero, but Spain is a culturally rich landscape with world-class wines being produced the country over, and we're here to show you.
