Penedés family event: hike, lunch, cava tasting and guided tour at Caves Vilarnau a Barcelona

We hereby invite you to a special afternoon in the vineyards of the Penedés region on April 12th 2025. An unique opportunity to connect with other alumni and their families in a special setting and explore a stunning part of Catalunya. The venue is the beautiful Caves Vilarnau (just ~30 min from BCN), and the event will be hosted in their patios and gardens. We will start the day with a 10km hike (for the sporty types), followed by a lunch and guided tour of the winery. This afternoon event will be family friendly so make sure to bring your partner and kids along. 

Program for the day:

For those joining the hike:

• 10.45h: Arrival at Caves Vilarnau 
• 11-13h: 10km hike around the area, starting and ending at Vilarnau

For all attendees:

• 13-17h: Welcome drink, followed by lunch with cava tasting, at Caves Vilarnau 
• 15.30h: Guided tour of the cavas of Vilarnau

Pricing:

• INSEAD NAA MEMBERS, early bird tickets - Adults (and kids over 12 yrs): 60€ until March 20th
• INSEAD NAA MEMBERS, regular tickets - Adults (and kids over 12 yrs): 75€ after March 20th
• Non-INSEAD NAA members and Ryder Club members (and kids over 12 yrs): 85€
• Kids below 12 years old: 25€ (excludes the tour of the cavas)

Make sure to get your tickets ASAP; there is an early bird discount until March 20 and tickets sales will close 1 week prior to the event (i.e., April 5th). 

A babysitter can be arranged to supervise and entertain kids at the location (at additional cost) - reach out to Isa if interested.
