that you have already within you through the language of your body.

In this 2 hour journey, you will experience hypnosis, intuitive dance,

journaling, and sharing your voice in a women's circle.

Nora will lead you through a trauma-informed hypnotic sensual embodiment journey

to identify and release what's keeping you in hiding so you may feel safe being seen,

own your gifts, and inspire others through your playful self-expression.

By dialoguing with your subconscious resistances through your body and using

your sensual life force to melt them away, you will experience a deep cathartic

release that will activate new levels of confidence and courage for you

to take up space and be truly YOU.

This is for you if:

* you want to feel more courageous & confident being you

* you desire to move with your sensual life force energy

* you want to release emotional blocks from your body

* you have some healing experience (ie. this is not your first or second rodeo)

* you want to gather in circle with supportive spiritual sisters

For this experience, you will need to bring:

* comfortable clothes to move in

* a yoga matt

* your journal and a pen

Thanks to the nature of this in-person group session,

we'll be simultaneously healing our sister wound.

The sister wound is one of the deepest root causes of why we compare,

envy, and judge each other and one of the reasons why we're afraid to shine.

Unconsciously, we sabotage taking up space and expressing our magnetic

energy because we fear we will trigger other women and they feel "outshined" .

Although feeling this is very real,

this couldn't be further from the truth.

When you have the courage to express yourself in all the ways that make you feel alive,

you become a walking permission slip for your sisters to do the same.

This safe space of sensual revolution you will be encouraged to feeeel yourself

boldly by your own damn self and all the Goddesses around you hyping you up.

This will be a trauma-informed & all-women safe space where your physical,

mental, emotional, and spiritual being will be prioritized at all times.
