Virus nace a finales del 2003 con la grabación de unas demos bajo el nombre de RAZA NUCLEAR.
Con esta maqueta Virus ganó el PROYECTO DEMO 2004 (organizado Radio 3 y MTV españa), tocaron en el FIB 2004 y en el Sound labs Festival en Italia con Wire.
Virus han compartido escenario con the Libertines, Front 242, The Jeevas, Liars, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Hoggboy, Wire, Tachenko, Mendetz y han tocado en festivales como San Miguel Let's Rock Weekend, Tendencias FMI, Festival Expresa, FIB, Otrosmundospop , Indiferencia Festival, FBI, BAM entre otros.
En el 2005 Virus firma contrato con SUBTERFUGE RECORDS y graban en Station 55 Rercords su primer disco “Sintonía nuclear” con Cristian Vogel (Super_collider, remezclas de Máximo Park, Radiohead, Tom York..) y con Joe Robinson (Chucho, Astrud, I Am Kloot, Chicks on Speed..) como productores.
En el 2006 “Sintonia nuclear” sale a la calle con Subterfuge Records y es distribuido por Universal
En 2007 Virus graban en Music Lan, Girona (uno de los estudios más prestigiosos de España) su segundo disco, el “Manual del perfecto Cardíaco”, que ha sido producido por Guille Mostaza y Juanjo Reig en Rec division estudios.
Virus está formado por Olatz (guitarra y voz), Charly (guitarra y voz), Onneca (bajo y voz) y Álex (bateria).
En Mayo de 2008 Subterfuge Records ha editado el “Manual del perfecto Cardíaco” y Virus han recorrido de nuevo gran parte de la geografía española, Londres, Berlin, Munich y girado por México, y ahora mismo se encuentra preparando lo que será su tercer larga duración.

Virus was born at the end of 2003 with the recording of some demos under the name of RAZA NUCLEAR.
With this demo Virus wan the prestigious PROYECTO DEMO 2004 (organized by Radio 3 and MTV Spain), played at the FIB 2004 and at the Sound labs Festival in Italy with Wire.
Virus have shared stage with the Libertines, Front 242, The Jeevas, Liars, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Hoggboy, Wire, Tachenko, Mendetz y have played in several festivals as San Miguel Let's Rock Weekend, Tendencias FMI, Festival Expresa, FIB, Otrosmundospop , Indiferencia Festival, FBI, BAM.
