Set during the exciting transition from silent films to "talkies" in the late 1920s, the story follows charismatic movie star Don Lockwood, whose glamorous on-screen partnership with leading lady Lina Lamont is threatened when the arrival of sound reveals Lina's less-than-perfect speaking voice.
With the help of his quick-witted best friend Cosmo Brown and aspiring actress Kathy Selden, Don devises a plan to save their latest film while discovering that true love is worth more than fame. As backstage chaos unfolds, ambition, romance and showbusiness collide in a dazzling jouey filled with laughter, unforgettable songs and spectacular dance numbers.
Featuring iconic musical favourites including "Singin' in the Rain", "Good Moing", "Make 'Em Laugh" and "Moses Supposes", this joyous production captures all the charm, wit and energy of the classic film. Complete with breathtaking choreography, dazzling costumes and the show's world-famous rain-soaked finale, Singin' in the Rain delivers an unforgettable theatrical experience for audiences of all ages.
Packed with humour, heart and timeless entertainment, this feel-good musical is a celebration of dreams, determination and the magic of live theatre.
