José Luis Figuereo Franco (Cádiz, 1970), better known by his stage name El Barrio, is a flamenco singer and one of the most important singer-songwriters of the music scene in Spain. His professional career began in 1996 with his first album I Dream Flamenco and is made up of a total of fourteen studio albums, many of them being Disco de Oro and Disco de Platino.
