Madball es una de las bandas más emblemáticas del hardcore de New York, liderada por Freddy Cricien (cantante), tiene editados Ball of Destruction (1988/1992 ), Droppin' Many Suckers (1992), Set It Off (1994), Demonstrating My Style (1996), Look My Way (1998), Hold It Down (2000), Best of Madball (2003), NYHC (EP) (2004), Legacy (2005) y su ultimo trabajo "Infiltrate The System", editado en el 2007, este abarca temáticas de las calles y el mundo que recorrieron en sus numerosas giras.

Hazen Street (also known as Hazen St.) was a hardcore punk supergroup that formed in early 2004.

The band features Freddy Cricien and Hoya of New York hardcore band Madball; Toby Morse of melodic hardcore band H2O; David Kennedy of post hardcore band Box Car Racer, Over My Dead Body, and later Angels & Airwaves; and Mackie of The Cro-Mags & the Bad Brains. Chad Gilbert of Shai Hulud and later New Found Glory co-wrote and helped record every song on the album, but he was soon dismissed from Hazen Street by New Found Glory's record label due to a contract dispute. He was replaced by Mitts of Madball.

On August 31st 2005, the band posted an update on their website, reporting that they would begin to work on a new record at the end of 2005, label to be announced. However, there has been no website updates since then, and nothing has been heard regarding this new album, presumably due to Kennedy's full-time involvement with Angels & Airwaves.

Uno de sus mas importantes aportes musicales es el trabajo hecho en Sagas of Iceland, The History of the Vikings, volumen I que fue realizado en 2005 y Miklagard, volumen II que se realizo en 2007; forman parte de una trilogia basada en la obra del escritor noruego S. Sturlson "Heimskrincla" que trata sobre heroes vikingos y sus hazañas
