It is one of the greatest exponents in the history of rock music.
Coming from the United Kingdom, Queen was formed in the seventies coinciding with the moment of separation of The Beatles.
It all came when Brian May (guitar) and Roger Taylor (drums) decided to create the band Smile (1968) with Tim Staffel leading the formation. After the decision to leave the group by the singer, he proposed to his partner at Ealing Art College, Freddie Mercury, who was also a follower of the band.
It was precisely Mercury who, at that time, proposed the name of `` Queen '', which the other members did not hesitate to adopt. Its sound had a character very close to hard rock, which began to mix with other genres respecting the references of each musician.
