Napalm Death en Limerick City

Napalm Death es un grupo de grindcore / death metal, formado en 1981 en Birmingham, Inglaterra.

El grupo musical "City" se formó en 1972, con Fritz Puppel (guitarra), Klaus Selmke (batería), Ingo Doering (bajo), Klaus Witte (Teclado), Frank Pfeiffer (Cantante) y Andreas Pieper (Flauta). Se fundó en la Alemania del Este como "City Band Berlin", cambiando de nombre posteriormente a "City Rock Band" y por último el nombre por el que serían conocidos, "City".

Su mayor éxito es la canción "Am Fenster" (Junto a la ventana), que ha vendido hasta la fecha más de 10 millones de copias. Sin embargo, su primer LP, de nombre "City" contenía una versión extremadamente larga de "Am Fenster" (17 minutos) y "sólo" vendió medio millón de discos.
